The Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company said it had profit of 68 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 43 cents per share.

The property and casualty insurance company posted revenue of $375.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $66.8 million, or $2.22 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.39 billion.
