During last earnings call your CFO mentioned that you would be affected by some of the cutbacks in terms of federal government contracts what are you seeing so far?

MARTIN KOFFEL, CEO, URS (ENGLISH) SAYING:

Well so far we've had notices from the from customers. The thing to understand is that we work for 24 different federal agencies. So we're well diversified. And many of the agencies we worked for a relatively well protected from the cuts, things like and the management of nuclear waste sites, cyber security and so forth. You know work has to go on there. We've had notices but as a practical matter we haven't seen cuts yet although we we are expecting deferments and slowdowns.

ANCHOR (OFF-CAM) ENGLISH SAYING:

So in terms of notices from those 24 agencies, how many have you heard from?

MARTIN KOFFEL, CEO, URS (ENGLISH) SAYING:

We've probably heard from half of them at this point. And they're generic notices that cuts are expected. But out programs are continuing at this point because as you said yourself - Federal is just a piece of what we do overall.

Right in terms of the federal business have you had to lay off any employees -- do you anticipate job cut because what's happening in DC?

MARTIN KOFFEL, CEO, URS (ENGLISH) SAYING:

We haven't so far, I think we're looking at perhaps a couple of dozen furlos. But we don't at this point see major stand downs or furlos but it's hard to say. I have some faith frankly that the political process in the next week or two may lead to some resolution to keep the DOD budget going. I mean I think everyone from all points of political persuasion really believe we can't cut military. I'm actually optimistic about a political solution in the not too distant future.
