Usher Agro Limited Announces Resignation of Mr. Ajay Sharma as Non-Executive Nominee Director

Usher Agro Limited is operating in food processing industry. The Company is engaged in processing of non-basmati rice (including raw white rice, par-boiled rice and steam rice of different grades), basmati rice and wheat products, such as atta, maida and suji. The Company operates through two segments: Food Processing (including logistic operations) and Bio Mass Power Generation (except the captive power plant in the Company). The Company is also engaged in bio mass power generation and logistic. Its product portfolio includes raw rice, parboiled/steamed rice and brown rice. The Company has a one megawatt co-generation (Rise Husk Power plant). The Company is selling its products to wholesalers and retailers under the brand name, Rasoi Raja. It operates in locations, including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and National Capital Region (NCR). The Company has three factories at Mathura, Chhata and Buxar.
