NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais S.A. - USIMINAS ("Usiminas" or "Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the public in general that Mr. Luiz Carlos de Miranda Faria presented, on this date, a resignation letter from the position of effective member of the Company's Board of Directors, for which he had been elected by vote of the Company's employees and retirees, and ratified by the Annual Shareholders Meeting held on April 28, 2020 and whose term of office would be extended until April 2022.

The Company also informs that, due to the vacancy of the position, the alternate director Edílio Ramos Veloso will assume as effective member, with effect from this date, and will complete the mandate of the resigning director until 2022. Thus, the composition of the Board of Directors is consolidated as follows:
