The Company’s sewing lines produce numerous items of knitwear products. The Company distributes its products within Lithuania, the Baltic States, as well as Western Europe and other regions. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Koncernas SBA UAB with a stake of 51.12%.
