Valartis Group AG is a Switzerland-based company active in the financial sector. It focuses on wealth management. It also provides advisory and banking services within corporate and structured finance and develops, implements and manages investment products. The Companyâs core markets include Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and selected countries in North and South America as well as Asia. The Company divides its services into two segments: Private Clients, providing private banking activities in Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein, as well as investment advisory; and Institutional Clients, providing asset management and real estate activities for asset management funds and investment companies, real estate funds and property companies, as well as corporate and markets. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries based in Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein and the Untied States.
