Valmec Announces Retirement of Vincent Goss as a Non-Executive Director, Effective 31 December 2019

Valmec announced that Mr. Vincent Goss plans to retire as a non-executive director of the company on 31 December 2019. Mr. Goss is one of Valmec's founding board members and Valmec Chairman, Stephen Zurhaar, thanked him for his significant and outstanding service to the company over many years. Mr. Goss, as one of Valmec's largest shareholders, will continue his association with the Company by providing consulting services to the executive team on an as required basis.
