Value HR Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the provision of health management services utilizing its originally-developed Value Cafeteria system. The Company operates in two business segments, which including Value Cafeteria segment and Human Resource (HR) management segment. Through its Value Cafeteria, an integrated health care system, the Value Cafeteria segment provides Value Cafeteria system, including the provision of physical checkup reservation system, physical checkup result management system and others, as well as provides agency work related to medical examinations. The HR Management segment includes health insurance union services and staffing.
