Vango Mining Limited Board Changes

Vango Mining Limited is an Australia-based exploration mining company. The Company is exploration focused on drilling near-term development and production targets. It is focused on the extension of resources at the 100% owned Marymia project. Its Marymia project is located approximately 300 kilometers northeast of Meekatharra in the mid-west region of Western Australia, at the northern end of the Eastern Gold Fields Province. It also consists of 45 tenements, all with granted mining leases. Marymia has resource of 1Moz at 3 g/t Au, underpinned by Trident 410koz at 8 g/t Au, with extensions open at depth/along strike. Marymia includes Trident-Marwest-Mareast Corridor, Triple P Corridor and PHB Corridor. Trident-Marwest-Mareast Corridor is more than five kilometers long, open at depth, and has the potential to become a high-grade gold mining center. The Company's Ned's Creek Joint Venture is focused on diamond drilling at the Contessa and Gidgee Flat targets.
