Vanoil Energy Ltd. Extends Technical Evaluation Agreement with Ministry of Natural Resources of Rwanda

Vanoil Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based diversified energy company. The Company has a portfolio of oil and gas assets. The Company's ventures include Kenya- Block 3A, Kenya Block 3B and Seychelles. The Kenya Block 3A is an exploration-stage venture, which consists of oil and natural gas resources totaling approximately 12,190 square kilometers. The Kenya Block 3B is an exploration-stage venture, which is located in Northeast Kenya in Lamu Embayment Basin. Kenya Block 3B consists of oil and natural gas resources totaling approximately 12,490 square kilometers. The Block 3A acreage occupies a convergence area of approximately two sedimentary basins of South Anza and Mochesa. The Seychelles venture is located on the Seychelles micro-continent in shallow to deep water in the northern half of the Seychelles plateau. The Seychelles Venture covers approximately 14,000 square kilometers. The Company has operations in Kenya, Rwanda, Seychelles, Canada, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
