Vansen Pharma Inc., formerly Okana Ventures, Inc., is an integrated healthcare sales and marketing organization focused on acquiring specialty pharmaceutical products and stable cash flow healthcare businesses. The Company's products include Factive, Spectracef, Cefditoren Pivoxil and Prednisolone 25. The Company acquired the product rights for Factive (Gemifloxacin Mesylate) tablets from Merus Labs International Inc. Factive is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic approved for the treatment of acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (ABECB) and community-acquired pneumonia of mild to moderate severity (CAP).
