Vape Holdings, Inc. announced that on June 20, 2016, Justin Braune submitted his resignation as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Braune's resignation was voluntary and not at the request of the company's Board of Directors. Ben Beaulieu has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
