Vedan International Limited Does Not Recommend the Payment of Final Dividend in Respect of the Year Ended December 31, 2022

Vedan International (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the production of fermentation-based amino acids, food additive products and cassava starch based industrial products. The products include MSG (monosodium glutamate), modified starch, glucose syrup, soda and acid. The Company operates its business in Vietnam, the Mainland China, Japan, Taiwan, ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) member countries (other than Vietnam) and other regions.
