Viña Concha y Toro S.A. agreed to acquire Santa Emiliana from Viñedos Emiliana S.A..

Vinedos Emiliana SA is a Chile-based company company primarily engaged in the production, aging, distribution and sale of wines. The Company is also involved active in the agriculture sector, the enology and bottling of wine. Its vineyards are located in the Casablana, Maipo, Cachapoal, Colchagua and Bio-Bio valleys. The Company’s products are classified under the biodynamic wines, which include Ge and Coyam; the organics wines, which include Signos de Origen, Novas and Adobe, and the integrated management wines, which include Emiliana Reserva and Emiliana Varietal. Wine varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Merlot, Syrah, Mourvedre, Marsanne and Pinot Noir, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Rentas Santa Barbara SA was the Company’s major shareholder with 19.73% of its interest.
