Dau Hong Ngoc, General Director, and Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, a staff member, of Total Building Systems Ltd. made an offer to acquire 99% stake in Total Building Systems Ltd. from Vietnam Industrial Investments Limited in a management buyout.

Vietnam Industrial Investments Limited is an Australia-based company. The primary activities of the Company are investments in Vietnam, the commercial operations at its two steel rolling mills in Hai Phong, steel roofing factory in Hanoi, and supplying engineering/construction services in Vietnam. The Company's operations include Austnam Joint Stock Corporation, SSESteel Ltd and Vinausteel Limited. Austnam Joint Stock Corporation produces metal roofing and cladding from its factory in Hanoi which it distributes in that city and surrounding provinces. SSESteel Ltd produces and distributes structure and construction steel products in accordance with the Investment Licenses. Vinausteel Limited is a joint venture company incorporated under the Foreign Investment Laws of Vietnam. Vinausteel Limited is engaged in manufacturing and trading various types of reinforcing steel products in accordance with its Investment License.
