On April 22, 2024, the board of directors of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows: The appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien as Chief Executive Officer. The resignation of Ms. Tran Mai Hoa as Chief Executive Officer - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Effective from April 22, 2024.
