Vishay Precision Group Announces Board Appointments

Vishay Precision Group, Inc. announced the appointment of two new independent members to its Board of Directors, Bruce Lerner and Wes Cummins. Lerner currently serves as President and CEO of PeroxyChem, LLC a position he has held since 2014. From 2007 to 2014, he served as vice president and global business director with FMC Peroxygens. Cummins has been an analyst with Nokomis Capital, L.L.C. which currently owns approximately 15.9% of VPG’s outstanding common stock, since October 2012. Cummins also currently serves as a director of Telenav, Inc.
Vishay Precision Group, Inc. is a global, diversified company focused on precision measurement and sensing technologies, including specialized sensors, weighing solutions, and measurement systems. The Company operates through three segments: Sensors, Weighing Solutions, and Measurement Systems. Its Sensors reporting segment is comprised of the foil resistor and strain gage operating segments. Its foil resistors are marketed under VFR, Alpha Electronics, Powertron and APR brands.
