1ST Group has received an initial purchase order from WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) for $1.1 million, for the imminent implementation of Visionflex's clinical telehealth technology across an initial 75 Commonwealth-funded Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) in Western Australia. The purchase consists of an initial 75 Clinical Telehealth Carts, leveraging Visionflex's ProEX Virtual Care Software, which will be used to connect various health professionals to RACF residents in Western Australia. The initial purchase represents $1.1 million in upfront revenue in first quarter of fiscal year 2024, of which $660, has been received.

The remaining $440,000 will be received upon final installation of the Clinical Telehealth Carts in first quarter of fiscal year 24. In addition to the upfront revenue, Visionflex will receive annual recurring revenue for support and software licencing. Subject to a successful roll out to the initial 75 Commonwealth-funded RACF's in coming months, additional orders from WAPHA, for other RACF's in Western Australia, are expected to materialise within fiscal year24.

In the last six months, a total of $3.3 million of initial orders have been received for Vision Flex's ProEX Virtual Care Software from Australian Primary Healthcare Networks (PHNs), Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) and Aboriginal Health organizations (AHOs) across New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania.
