Vivendi announces that it has signed an offer to purchase its international festival and ticketing activities from CTS Eventim, a transaction that should be completed in the coming months after consultation with employee representative bodies.

The activities in question generated sales of 137 million euros in 2023, including around 105 million for ticketing activities (mainly in the UK and the US market) and 32 million for festival activities.

'This operation will ensure the greatest possible continuity for the teams, partners, festivals themselves and the regions in which they take place. See Tickets and the festivals will retain their identity and management", Vivendi states.

The French communications and entertainment giant specifies that its venue activities, including L'Olympia in Paris, as well as See Tickets France and the Brive Festival, are not affected by this agreement.
