Vivid Technology Ltd, formerly Greenearth Energy Ltd, is engaged in investment of energy efficiency technologies along with other renewable energy research and development projects. The Company operates through three segments: Industrial Energy Efficiency, Technology Investment and Other Investments. The industrial energy efficiency segment provides lighting solutions to industrial and infrastructure businesses in Australia and the Pacific Rim. The technology investment segment includes technology investments or projects, which it has either invested in but have not been expanded into a distinct business segment, or technologies or projects that are being developed or considered. This segment also includes the consolidated entity's investment in NCF Global Pty Ltd and NewCO2Fuels Ltd. It has interests in technology-focused solutions in the industrial energy efficiency and carbon dioxide (CO2)-to-fuel conversion markets, as well as conventional geothermal resources.
