Ekstra-Pet d.o.o. completed the acquisition of 5.1% stake in Voda Vrnjci a.d.

Voda Vrnjci ad Vrnjacka Banja is a Serbian company that is principally engaged in the bottling and distribution of carbonated and still water under the Voda Vrnjci brand. The Company’s product range also includes soft drinks, such as juices, tonic, cola and ice tea, under such brands as Frutella, Cola, Orange, Tonik, Fizz, Egzotic, Jabuka and others. The Company operates a line for filling water into glass bottles of the volume: 0.25, 0.33, 0.5, 0.75 and 1 liter. It also uses for bottling Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles of the volume 0.5, 1.5 and 2 liters. Voda Vrnjci ad operates through seven distribution centers, located in Vrnjacka Banja, Belgrade, Subotica, Nis, Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Cacak. As of December 31, 2011, Ekstra Pet doo Beograd held a 52.39% stake in the Company.
