Milan Veckovic completed the acquisition of the remaining 67.96% stake in Vodoprivreda Zagreb (ZGSE:VDZG-R-A).

Vodoprivreda Zagreb dd is a Croatia-based company active in the utilities sector. It is engaged in the construction and maintenance of water distribution systems, as well as forest and other green spaces protection in the Zagreb area, Croatia. The Company’s main activities are: the maintenance of the water supply system pipeline between the city of Zagreb and Velika Gorica, in the south-east of Zagreb metropolitan area, Croatia; the protection and maintenance of water gates Sopot, Cokot, Lagvic, Kustosak, Dubravica and retention pool Trnava; the construction, design and inspection in the area of river Drava and highways from Zagreb to Karlovac and from Rijeka to Trst in Croatia; geodesic surveyor, as well as horticulture, forestry and snow removal services, among others.
