VOXX International Corporation reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended November 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 135.26 million compared to USD 143.06 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1.91 million compared to USD 7.42 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.08 compared to USD 0.3 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.08 compared to USD 0.3 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 360.83 million compared to USD 397.49 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 19.89 million compared to USD 9.32 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.85 compared to USD 0.38 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.85 compared to USD 0.38 a year ago.
