Voya Global Equity Dividend and Premium Opportunity Fund Announces Monthly Distribution on Common Shares, Payable on March 15, 2022

Voya Global Equity Dividend and Premium Opportunity Fund (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund may lend portfolio securities in an amount equal to up to 33 1/3% of its managed assets to broker dealers or other institutional borrowers, in exchange for cash collateral and fees. The Fund may use the cash collateral in connection with the Fund’s investment program as approved by the investment adviser, including generating cash to cover collateral posting requirements. The use of cash collateral in connection with the Fund’s investment program may have a leveraging effect on the Fund, which would increase the volatility of the Fund and could reduce its returns and/or cause a loss. The Fund intends to engage in lending portfolio securities only when such lending is secured by cash or other permissible collateral in an amount at least equal to the market value of the securities loaned.
