VTION WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY AG Vtion Wireless Technology AG announced the appointment of Professor Shu Huaying (67) to its six-member Supervisory Board. Professor Shu Huaying was appointed as a new member of Vtion's Supervisory Board by the local court in Frankfurt on the Main, Germany. He is a professor at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
He is also the director of the University's Service and Management Technology Institute. Professor Shu Huaying will replace Qian Yingyi, who resigned from the Board on 16 July 2012. The term of all six Vtion Supervisory Board members, including Professor Shu Huaying, will run until the company's annual general meeting, taking place in June 2013.
