Vtion Wireless Technology AG is a Germany-based holding company engaged in the provision of wireless data terminals and associated services for the mobile use of computers via broadband wireless network in the People’s Republic of China. The Company operates in two business segments: Wireless Data Terminals and Wireless Intelligent Terminals. The Wireless Data Terminals segment includes the sales of wireless data cards, wireless routers, and wireless high definition sharers. The Wireless Intelligent Terminals segment includes the sales of iPhones, other intelligent mobile phones and network camera.
