TIME :2024-04-17

On April 16, 2024, Middle East Coating Show 2024 opened its door for visitors at the Dubai World Trade Center. As one of the leading suppliers of coating raw materials globally, Wanhua Chemical showcased its specialty isocyanates and specialty amines products, with demonstrating their applications in automotive coatings, industrial coatings, wood coatings, and architectural coatings.

Diversified isocyanate curing agents

It's the first time for Wanhua Chemical to participate in the MECS. Haotian Zhang, ADI application development manager, delivered a keynote speech titled "Reliable and diversified high performance isocyanate products drive sustainable development of coatings," introducing various curing agents with different performances, including low viscosity HDI trimer WANNATE® HT-300/400/500, HDI biuret WANNATE® HB, fast-drying isocyanate curing agent WANNATE® IT, and blocked isocyanate curing agent WANNATE® HTBL/ITBL. Additionally, tailored solutions based on aliphatic isocyanates for flooring were introduced targeting needs of Middle Eastern customers.

As sustainable trend progresses, Wanhua has developed a series of low free monomer curing agents WANNATE® HT-PLUS series, in compliance with REACH. Also bio-based isocyanate products can be provided according to customer demand.

Specialty amine curing agents for high-performance epoxy systems

The WANAMINE® series have low viscosity, suitable activity, and excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for heavy anti-corrosion scenarios such as bridges, steel structures, pipelines, tanks, and industrial floors.
