10/2019 Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Wawel S.A

The Management Board of Wawel Spółka Akcyjna seated in Kraków convenes an Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting which shall be held on June 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Company's registered seat at 14 Władysława Warneńczyka street in Kraków. The full text of the announcement containing the meeting agenda and the description of the procedures concerning participation at the OGSM of Wawel S.A. is presented in the Appendix No. 1.
At the same time the Management Board of Wawel S.A. submits drafts of the resolutions accompanied by explanatory statements, which are supposed to be the subject matter of the session of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Wawel S.A. on June 27, 2019. The drafts of the resolutions are presented in the Appendix No. 2.
