Webco Industries, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended April 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 168.58 million compared to USD 190.58 million a year ago. Net income was USD 6.35 million compared to USD 15.99 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 8.16 compared to USD 20.82 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 7.91 compared to USD 19.88 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 530.48 million compared to USD 531.51 million a year ago. Net income was USD 18.3 million compared to USD 40.12 million a year ago. It is a service manufacturer and distributor of metal pressure tubing and pipe, which includes tubing utilized in heat exchanger, and piping applications. It supplies a variety of pressure tubing and pipe products for refining, petrochemical, chemical, and others.
