Augustina Onehimare Vukor Quarshie and Adeyinka Olatokunbo Asekun have joined the board of directors of Wema Bank plc With this appointment, Quarshie has become the first female director to join Wema Bank's board. Quarshie has joined the board as an Independent Director while Asekun as a non-executive director. Quarshie is a former Director of Platinum Bank and consummate banker.
She has banking experience of more than 15-year in different leadership roles.
