WESTKAM GOLD CORP. WestKam Gold Corp. (TSXV:WKG) signed a definitive agreement to acquire McConnell Property In northwestern British Columbia from GGL Resources Corp. (TSXV:GGL) on July 18, 2023.
Consideration will be paid in shares to GGL Resources. The Company will acquire a 100% interest in the McConnell property by issuing to the vendor a number of common shares that will result in the vendor holding a 19.99% interest in the Company as of the closing date after giving effect to the issuance of these shares. Transaction is subject to receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The Company intends to complete a concurrent private placement in connection with and as a condition of the transaction.
