WG Wearne Limited (JSE:WEA) announced that it has signed a funding commitment letter of common shares of ZAR 50,000,000 and convertible notes of ZAR 250,000,000 for gross proceeds of ZAR 300,000,000 with new investor Milost Global Inc on September 21, 2017. The shares issued will not be traded within 90 days from the the date of receipt of shares.
