WhereverTV Broadcasting Corporation Enters into Formal Letter of Intent with Digital CrossTV

WhereverTV Broadcasting Corporation announced that it has entered into a formal letter of intent with Digital CrossTV. Digital CrossTV will distribute Christian music content produced by, licensed to, or acquired by Digital CrossTV utilizing WhereverTV's OTT platform. Digital CrossTV is already in discussions with leading bands, musicians, managers and industry executives for content distribution and audience expansion.

The LOI with Digital CrossTV aims to deliver a content rich mixture of faith and spiritual based music and videos that includes interviews, videos, live streaming, and recorded concert events from major labels and/or independent Christian artists, whether current or legacy artists. The agreement is expected to be finalized within the next several weeks.
