Request for Voluntary Suspension

Wildcat Resources Limited (the Company) hereby requests a voluntary suspension of its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 and provides the following information.

1. The Company requests a voluntary suspension in response to a price query from the ASX.
2. The voluntary suspension is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement regarding the response to the price query or prior to the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 8 December 2020.
3. We expect the voluntary suspension will end by the Company responding to the price query.
4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
5. The Company is not aware of any other information to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
