ClickStream Corporation (OTCPK:CLIS) agreed to acquire 80.7% stake in Winners, Inc. (OTCPK:WNRS) from Tom Terwilliger, Chief Executive Officer of Winners, on September 8, 2021. Under the terms of the transaction, ClickStream Corporation exercised its option to acquire 149,012,000 shares of Winners, Inc.
