The Company operates through three segments: the provision of financial services, medical consulting services and sales medical equipment in the PRC domestic market. Its business lines include financial leasing, financial advisory services and medical equipment sales and medical service consulting. The financial leasing business is engaged in providing direct equipment leasing or purchase-lease-back services to SMEs. The financial advisory services business is engaged in providing financial advisory services to its clients. The Company also provides financial consultancy services to clients by entering into consultancy service agreements.
