Wisol Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A122990) agreed to acquire 80% stake in SMC CO.,LTD for KRW 3.4 billion on February 25, 2014. Wisol will acquire 0.11 million shares. For the period ending December 31, 2013, SMC CO.,LTD reported total assets of KRW 5.01 billion, total liabilities of KRW 3.06 billion, net assets of KRW 1.95 billion, sales of KRW 4.49 billion and net profit of KRW 508 million. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Directors of Wisol Co., Ltd. and is expected to close on March 10, 2014.
