 leasing with WiSuccess Asset Management Corporation on the Project of Taipei
 Digi-Creative Center. Since the building is still under construction, the
 acquisition of the right-of-use asset will be confirmed and announced after
 the completion of the construction of the building and the specific lease
 conditions.
