The stores comprise Woolworths outlets located in small towns and city suburbs, targeted at meeting basic everyday shopping requirements, as well as larger stores located on shopping streets in regional shopping centers. The product offer covers toys, children's clothing, events, confectionery, home and entertainment, and larger stores include a range of home and children's clothing. In June 2009, Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc acquired Woolworths Insurance (Guernsey) Limited, the captive insurance company of the Company.
