As previously stated at the AGM on 23 October 2020, Worley announced the appointment of Emma Stein as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board effective 10 December 2020. Emma will become a member of the Nominations Committee and the People and Remuneration Committee. Since 2003, Emma has worked as a non-executive director for listed ASX 200 companies, and private and government owned companies in Australia and New Zealand. The sectors she has worked in include green-power, recycling and industrial water and waste, upstream oil and gas, energy retailing and utilities, mining and resources, engineering and industrial services. Emma has experience with businesses adapting to the energy transition, climate change risk and emissions management. Emma currently serves as a non-executive director of Infigen Energy Limited, Cleanaway Waste Management Limited, Alumina Limited and Adelaide Brighton Limited. In joining the Worley Board, she will review her current board commitments. Emma previously held positions as UK Gas Divisional Managing Director at British Fuels and UK Managing Director at Gaz de France Energy, France's energy retailing operator. Emma is a former non-executive director of Programmed Maintenance Services Limited, Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund, Clough Limited and the Diversified Utilities Energy Trust Group.
