World Poker Fund Holdings, Inc. announced that it has developed the Vixel™ Coin, an Ethereum-based digital currency coin. The Vixel™ Coin will be the preferred cryptocurrency which will be integrated into WPFH’s cryptocurrency payment solutions platform --OPSTI™. Currently under development, the OPSTI™ Platform includes a consumer wallet, currency exchange, and payment transformation service enabling consumers to purchase goods and services with their cryptocurrency or through real-time transformation into any fiat currency. The OPSTI™ Platform, utilizing the VXL Payment Solutions architecture, enables traditional merchant services payment processing allowing OPSTI™ to complete the crypto-currency life cycle from currency exchange to any fiat currency. Utilizing Ethereum (ERC20) token standard as the foundation for the development of the WPFH cryptocurrency allows Vixel™ the flexibility to be traded across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges. Last month, WPFH announced that it will be participating in an Initial Coin Offering (“ICO”) through its new digital currency subsidiary to raise funding for its projects. The cryptocurrency will be filed with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission under Regulation D 506(c) and allow accredited investors to realize income from dividend payouts in the form of cryptocurrency.
