Wuxi Xuelang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 20% stake in Shanghai Changying Environmental Protection Services Co., Ltd. from Xinsu Ronghe Environmental Protection Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) for CNY 165 million.
