WUZHOU SPECIAL PAPER GROUP CO., LTD. Wuzhou Special Paper (Hubei) Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for the gross proceeds of CNY 310,000,000 on March 8, 2023. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 500,000,000 to CNY 810,000,000. The transaction included participation from returning investor Wuzhou Special Paper Group Co., Ltd.
