Yamazawa Co., Ltd. (TSE:9993) entered into a basic agreement to acquire 10% stake in Yoneya Shoji Co., Ltd. from Ryuichi Sasaki on September 18, 2012. Yamazawa will acquire 3,900 shares of Yoneya Shoji. The acquisition price will be decided after financial due diligence.
For the year ended March 31, 2012, Yoneya Shoji had total sales of ¥10.76 billion. Board of Directors of Yamazawa Co., Ltd. resolved the transaction on September 18, 2012.
