Kordiant AO, formerly Yaroslavskiy Shinnyi Zavod PAO, is a Russia-based company engaged in the automobile tires manufacture. It offers tires under its own brand MEDVED', for passenger cars, light trucks, heavy goods vehicles, busses and trolleys, as well as for agricultural machinery and airplanes. The Company sells its products on the territory of the Russian Federation, through SIBUR - Russkie shiny OAO. The Company is a supplier of UAZ OAO, VAZ OAO, GAZ OAO and Kamaz OAO. In addition, it has one wholly owned subsidiary RTs Tekhnotire OOO. As of January 27, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was SIBUR - Russkie shiny OAO with a stake of 96.26%. On February 12, 2013, the Company sold its controlling stake in RTs Tekhnotayr OOO.
