Arla Foods amba entered into business transfer agreement to acquire Hong Kong business from Yashili International Holdings Ltd and Newou HongKong International Co., Ltd.

Yashili International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of dairy and nourishment products. The Company has five business segments. The Yashily Infant Milk Formula Products segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of Yashily infant milk formula products and milk formula for pregnant women. The Scient Infant Milk Formula Products segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of Scient infant milk formula products and milk formula for pregnant women. The Oushi Mengniu Infant Milk Formula Products segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of Oushi Mengniu infant milk formula products and milk formula for pregnant women. The Nutrition Products segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of milk powder, soymilk powder and rice flour. The Others segment is engaged in the production and sale of packing materials and surplus raw materials.
