Yojee Limited announced that Saskia Groen-Int-Woud will retire from the Board with effect from 1 August. Saskia's increased executive commitments have resulted in time constraints on her ability to continue her role on the Board. Saskia will continue to work with Yojee and join Yojee's Advisory Board.

After a 6 week engagement with Yojee's Platform and team, George Barnett has confirmed his passion and belief in the Company's mission and has joined Yojee's Advisory Board. Mr. Barnett is an experienced technologist with over 25 years of experience in the industry. George has worked for industry leaders in online travel marketplaces and has also played a key role in architecting Atlassian cloud systems. Recently, he has turned his focus to supporting M&A activities and is currently with Atlassian in Sydney where he works with development and operations teams to deliver the integrations which Atlassian Cloud customers rely upon.

George is a known to be dynamic and engaging, a natural systems thinker and has a passion for solving intractable problems. His varied background in systems engineering and architecture together with his experience working with top tier web companies brings a unique and much sought after skill set to Yojee. Gary Flowers, Advisory Board member, has taken over the Chair role of the Advisory Board from Shannon Robinson, incumbent Chair, who will remain on the Advisory Board.
