Yongtaiyun Chemical Logistics Co.,Ltd agreed to acquire a 8.7851% stake in Ningbo JiangChen Automation Equipment Co.,Ltd. from Ningbo Jiangchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 86 million.
