The Real Estate Development segment is engaged in the planning, development, sale, brokerage and construction of real estate such as condominiums, houses, commercial and industrial facilities. The Rental and Management segment is engaged in the rental of condominiums, commercial and industrial facilities and parking lots, the management, design and construction of condominiums, as well as the power sales business. The Materials segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of concrete products for construction, precast concrete (PC) components for houses, as well as the civil engineering and construction business. The Company is also engaged in the beverage manufacturing business, food business, clothing sales business, advertising and insurance agency business.
