FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 23 July 2019 in relation to the major and connected transaction of the Company regarding the disposal of a subsidiary of the Company, and the announcement of the Company dated 12 August 2019 in relation to the delay on despatch of circular (Collectively the "Announcements"). Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated herein.

As disclosed in the Announcements, the Company expected to despatch a circular containing, among other matters, further details of the Transaction (the "Circular") to the Shareholders on or before 25 September 2019.

As further time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise the contents of the Circular, the Company expects that the despatch date of the Circular will be postponed to a date on or before 30 September 2019.
